4:45 AM you ask? WHY you ask??? By 5:15 I’ll be awake enough to run. An hour on the pavement will bring me back home at 6:15, which gives me just enough time to shower, eat breakfast, make lunch, post on the website, get dressed, and make it to shul by 6:45.
Truth is, I DID get up at 4:45 today (after going to sleep at 2:00) but felt the first hints of a cold coming on. So I went back to bed until 6:30. 4.5 hours of sleep. Sometimes you just have to spoil yourself.

Hi Ben,
Thanks for resending! I will make a donation in the next few days. I am not familiar with the charities but I am sure you did a good job at selecting them.
I ran the NYC Marathon in 2005. It is such a strange experience. While you feel like a rock star, it is one of the must humbling experience I could imagine. Truly unique and unforgettable. I of course was not as ambitious and did not try to break the 3:11 mark, like you certainly WILL!
Keep going, and you will do it. And I count on updates!
Cheers, and congrats on joining the company as well,
Juan
