From the get go, Under 3:11 was a charity run. For a 24 year-old… for a first time charity run… my friends/family thought trying to raise $10,000 was way too AMBITIOUS. But once the 3:11 idea was let loose, donations POURED IN. When all was said and done, over $14,000 was raised and donated to several charities.
It’s not stopping there.
The opportunity for me to train and compete in marathons is a privilege. Rising out of bed every morning and heading out for a jog is a gift – a simple freedom that some just don’t have. For every marathon I run I will try to raise funds to support those in need through The 100 Mile Man Foundation, Inc. All donations are 100% tax deductible.
Thanks very much!
