After hitting the gym last night for a solid 45 minute workout with the weights, I actually got about six hours of sleep!   Refreshed!

Early this evening I ran two laps of the lower loop (1.7 miles) of Central Park.  And I did them faaast.  First time around: 11:44 (6:54 pace!).  Second time: 12:46 (7:30 pace = too slow!).  It was not easy and I was huffin’ and puffin’ by the end.  But who said it would be easy?!?  Bring it!
