Stepping it up!!!

Ben Steps

Took it easy last night – only a 25 minute workout in the gym.  This morning I snuck in a 15 minute run before the 2.5 mile walk to work.  But my training plan says I gotta run at least 30 minutes a day!  So after my 2.5 mile walk back home later, I’m a runnin’ again!
