After an intense running workout last night in the DARK, woke up at 5:00 for a 16 minute, 2-mile run in Riverside… and it was STILL DARK! I definitely am going to need more sleep for the marathon. It was a chore getting out of bed – my body was just worn out. But that won’t stop me from walking home later, getting 25 minutes on the bike, and another 30 minutes on the pavement!
