I felt good today after a 2 hour 50 minute weekend run (I know… who in their right mind would do this???). But my body is getting used to running absurd amounts of miles, so that’s good news.
Walked home after work and ran at night. My legs did feel some of that 2:50 run – they were tight and tired – but I closed my eyes and pushed through it. No messing around anymore! A quick 20 minutes lifting weights at midnight and then bedtime at 1:00 AM! Typical day!
