I am running a 1/2 marathon in Queens this Sunday. This race will be a good test to help me plan pacing… drinking… how to do everything correctly. I’m cutting 3:11 roughly in half and going for a 1:35 goal time (I’ll need to go faster for Philly since I’ll have ANOTHER 1/2 to go… and I will be getting tired). If I can make 1:35 this time, or relatively close, I’ll be feeling REAL GOOD about my chances.
Night run for 31 minutes tonight and then a good 30 minute workout in the gym at 1 AM! Time to start peaking!
