EASY Yom Kippur fast today since I was distracted by the soreness in my legs. Note to self: DO NOT play full speed basketball at least three weeks before the race. I’ve been training myself to run straight. The bball game this past Thursday had me moving sideways, jumping up and down, all sorts of things I’m not used to. Man, I am paying the price for it!
Good news is all sins have been cleaned for the new year and I’ve hopefully been inscribed in the good book of fast marathoners. Now on to running 13.1 miles tomorrow on tight legs!
